• All Electrical must be terminated / dead
• All Plumbing disconnected / blanked off
• Kitchen to be empty, Appliances removed
• Clear driveway access within 20m of the Kitchen
• Excludes Appliance disposal / Kitchen cabinets only
• Access or cartage to site issues (ramps, steps) must be stated at booking
